By creating an account or using kovatrips.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Kova generates personalised travel itineraries using AI based on a profile you provide. Itineraries are suggestions only — Kova is not a travel agency and does not directly sell hotels, flights, or experiences. When you book, you transact directly with third parties (e.g. Booking.com, GetYourGuide).

• You must be at least 16 to use Kova.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Don't share your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.

• Kova offers a free tier (limited trips) and a paid premium tier (unlimited trips, builder mode, multi-city, packing lists, surprise destinations).
• Premium pricing is shown on the upgrade screen. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
• If a free trial is offered, you can cancel before it ends to avoid being charged.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't refund partial months unless required by law.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to plan illegal activities
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our prompts or data
• Resell access to Kova without our written permission
• Submit content that infringes others' rights
• Attempt to overload, attack, or disrupt the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Severe or repeated violations may be reported to law enforcement.

Itineraries are AI-generated and may contain errors. Always verify critical details (opening hours, prices, visa requirements, weather, safety) before you travel. Kova is not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

Kova links to third-party services (Booking.com, GetYourGuide, etc.) and earns affiliate commissions on some bookings. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or fulfilment of those services. Your transactions with them are governed by their terms.

The Kova name, logo, copy, code, and brand are our property. Generated itineraries you receive are yours to use for personal travel. The underlying prompts and software remain ours.

Kova is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use of the service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kova is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Kova is legally established. Disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts unless otherwise required by local consumer law.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced via email and reflected in the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
